How it is run: Senators and the Empress will meet once every month to discuss problems and recent relevant events, during this meeting senators can ask for help from their colleagues or the empress, but more importantly they are there to advise the empress on what they believe to be the best course of action to solve national issues. From this meeting the empress will then make her own decision based on what was discussed during the meeting and announce her intentions the day following the meeting.

Senators are in fact Imperial nobility, they represent the wealthiest individuals who pour money into the nation, as such the nobles have a good sense for how things should be run and will often do their jobs properly. Normally there are more than two nobles per planet, they are elected as senators by the people but if they were to lose trust or become incompetent in the face of the empress then they can be voted out and replaced with another senator that their people have voted for.

The empress is the only absolute, their positions are inherited by their daughters. The reason for empresses over emperors was due to Araxian history and their emperors being too aggressive or too passive, which led their nation to civil war. Currently the ruling house is house Ignatius of the Raxia family, Arabel Ignatius Von Raxia. The empress controls the empire as a whole, managing larger problems while leaving the smaller details to her subordinates.

    Imperial Family: Those that are born under the four families of the Imperial line, there are few alive today but that does not mean they do not exist. They are the most powerful and influential members of society and are either politicians or high ranking officers.

    Working class: Regular citizens of the empire, loyal to family and nation, they should need no further explanation.

Education: Both primary and secondary education is compulsory for all citizens and is provided for free, ages between six and seventeen. In these twelve years, students are required to participate in at most one club. These clubs are organised in a way as to allow students to study a profession while still in school, be it professional shooting or cooking or crafting, these clubs will allow a student to join society after they finish their secondary education or should they choose to go further into a college, university or the imperial academy to refine their chosen profession.

Overall Structure: The Araxian armed forces, Die Reichswehr Araxia is made up of three branches, the Kriegsmarine, Luftwaffe and Heer. All of which fall under the control of the Oberkommando Der Reichswehr Araxia or OKRA. There are sub branches in the Heer, which are the Zerberus Panzerjager Korps and the Planetary Defense Forces.

Military Doctrine: The focus for the Reichswehr Araxia is on cooperation between the different services, especially on motorised and mechanised combined arms.

First Contact Procedures:
The Araxians are rather passive, they will send fleets around the galaxy searching for other factions to make contact with, building up information about the current galaxy they reside in. They see this as a slow but peaceful way of gathering information. As for claiming new lands, the planets colonised or claimed will most likely have already been extensively studied by the science division of the OKRA. These worlds must be suitable for Araxian life and be easily accessible from more than one already existing Araxian world.

Warships

History: 
The history of the Araxium Empire is complicated at best and is better left to a dedicated journal, but the essential knowledge is as follows. The 1st Empire is composed of people who originated from Japan, Germany, France and Russia. This was due to an Eurasian alliance that was formed in the middle of the great war on Erd (Raxian Galaxy's Earth equivalent). More than a hundred years after the creation of the 1st Empire, the neighbour of the empire, the Terran Federation declared war and begins a conflict that is resolved in under 20 years. This resulted in the weakening of both nations and allowed the Soviet Republic on the opposite side of the empire to roll through their rim territories easily, the official start of the war was just two years after the end of the previous one. The war mainly featured a large number of space battles and conquests of mostly underdeveloped frontier worlds which encouraged the use of armored vehicles, which often resulted in massive tank battles. This war lasted for 21 years and ended just after the start of the civil war.

Referred to as the civil war by the current OKRA, the war was caused by the Denetrius house of the imperial royal family using its influence to raise an army against the current ruling Ignatius house. The Denetrius family was primarily responsible for the civil unrest that was tied to one of the causes of the 1st war, at the time the Denetrius house was in power but they were forced off the throne by the first empress of the Edelweiss Family. Wanting to take the throne back, the civil war erupted as the Denetrius house put all blame for the cause of the recent wars on the Ignatius house. This also included the faults of the Denetrius house during their rule.

Lasting a mere 3 years, the end of the civil war saw the shattering of the former empire into many small states comprised of one or two planetary systems. The only two exceptions were the remnants of the imperial army, which had seized a large handful of systems on the border with the Soviet Republic. And the Rebel forces that were backed by the Terran Federation were also the only exception, occupying the old capital and a majority of the worlds up to the Federation's borders.

53 years after the end of the civil war, the reunification war began. The old empire that slowly rebuilt its strength began a sudden campaign in conquering the neighboring states, those that resisted were dealt with quickly through overwhelming technology and manpower. The Denetrius house which had set up the Free Central States began mobilizing against the awoken empire and seeked help from the Terran Federation after a series of catastrophic defeats. However, the Federation was not unable but unwilling to help since their nation had only just fully recovered and were afraid that the sudden involvement would plunge their nation into chaos again.

Around the same time the Denetrius house began seeking assistance the empress of the awakened empire, Arabel Ignatius von Raxia made a speech declaring the Terran Federation as an enemy of the empire. "You only have to kick the door and the whole rotten structure will come crashing down" was what she said to the news agencies. And as if proving her point, a series of successful campaigns saw a majority of the western territories fall under her control within a few months.

By the time Arabel's forces reached the capital region, the Terran forces who were reluctantly thrown into action were deployed against her forces. Only conquered after a series of intense and disturbingly drawn out campaigns, Arabel had full control of the capital city, Axonn which had been renamed to Netria during Denetrius' rule. And soon afterwards the whole of the eastern territories surrendered one by one until only the Federation remained.

With their whole army lost in the battle of Koridia, the most brutal battle of the entire war, the Federation crumbled as soon as the last eastern state surrendered. Citizens of the federation rioted in the streets calling for an end to the conflict and replacement of government, but it soon became clear that the newly formed Araxium Empire was about to fully annex their once proud nation. In the first months of military occupation, civilian unrest was high with a large amount of riots and terrorist attacks carried out against the occupying forces. Here, the predecessors of the Zerberus organisation put down the population violently but effectively, in two months the attacks stopped as the ring leaders were all rounded up to be imprisoned or executed away from public eyes.

With the Federation under imperial control the Soviet Republic on the west border began preparations for the signing of the grand empire treaty. An agreement was reached before the start of the reunification war that if the empire were to win the war against the rebel factions and the Terran Federation, the Republic would sign a paper saying that they would willingly be incorporated into the empire but as a special and separate state.

And so with the Republic under the Araxium Empire, a speech was made by the empress in the new capital, Zitadel where she announced the formation of the Grand Araxium Empire. This was followed shortly with the formation of the first and second exploration fleets. In the two years of its existence the exploration fleets they discovered the ancient race known as the engineers and after excavating their ruins, accidentally awoke another alien race that in turn released a deadly plague that killed all life it encountered.

In this situation the Araxians created a wormhole using the tech they found on one of the engineer's moons to send a massive fleet through in an effort to save a portion of their empire. But after the activation of the device the plague halted its progress, not yet touching the empire but close enough to cause discomfort. The only ones affected by the plague were the two exploration fleets which were lost but not without sending all that they knew to the empire in Zitadel.

Evidence of this unknown alien race, all images and video of whatever they awoke by accident was corrupted, lost during the streaming of messages from the fleet during their final moments. Written and typed information however remained and is summarised as follows:

Sections of the supposed lab were caved in and the power for the facility's electric systems was long gone, not even found by the excavation teams was the powersource, either destroyed by the cave in or not onsite at all. At the lowest level there was a control room overlooking a massive, partially collapsed containment facility about 100 meters in diameter and marked by the remains of some transparent material. What they found inside was a perngher nf qnex nf n oynpx ubyr naq vgf funcr jnf vzcbffvoyr gb znxr bhg. It is still unknown what jbxr gur perngher ohg nf fbba nf vg fnj gur grnz vg screeched like nothing heard before and within an few minutes their fleet in orbit was under attack. Unseen and unknown, purple lances deleted sections of ships that it touched. Without being able to fight back the Araxian exploration fleet attempted to flee but not before a mysterious gas appeared within their ships. Failing to vent the gas into space, everyone onboard was infected and in various stages as people started collapsing one by one like flies.

The remains of the fleet is currently unknown but it is speculated that they never got the chance to jump to FTL before succumbing to the plague.

Warships

Offensive Weapons

Railguns: The most common short to medium range offensive weapon found on GAE warships. - Plasma Seathed Railguns: A ship's primary weapon used against enemy warships. Typically very large and arranged three per turret, they can only reliably engage anything larger than a destroyer.

- Relativistic Railgun: Also sometimes referred to as spinal guns, Some ships such as destroyers were purposely built around this weapon, specifically the Z-Class destroyers which rely heavily on their main guns over missiles and torpedoes.

Missiles: Used as the primary source of long range firepower, these missiles are essentially upsized versions of their wet navy counterparts. Smaller versions of these are used as torpedoes and are as such, weaker.

- Kinetic Kill Vehicles: While most see this as a method of engaging other ships, the GAE use these in large numbers and are used to engage large threats such as fighters, bombers and enemy missiles. Carried in either a turret or fixed tube launchers, these missiles are sent out in significant enough numbers to guarantee a kill.

- Thermonuclear missiles: The most common form of anti-ship missile. Fitted with a penetrator at its head, it is designed to dig into the armor before detonating in the armor or inside the ship. It is not uncommon for these warheads to enter and exit a ship without exploding, especially when used against weakly armored targets. While it is termed as a missile, they are also fired from rotating torpedo launchers.

- Sustained Fusion Missiles: These missiles are still relatively new in the Kriegsmarine Araxia and can only be found on capital ships. They were first deployed during the Araxium Empire's reunification war but after one of their ships was caught in its own weapon's blast, it was decided to use these as purely long range weapons and can only be found aboard capital ships. Similar to how their Thermonuclear missiles operate, these warheads have a penetrating head that allow the missile to enter a large ship and detonate inside the hull. The explosion from these warheads last up to 5 seconds.

Defensive Weapons & Systems

Armor: Unlike its weapons, the GAE did not advance much from the armor they had from long ago. Armor was always seen as the GAE as easily defeated since adding additional armor would make a ship slower and consume more fuel, engineers constantly improved the armor type to be lighter while still maintaining its effectiveness.

- Composite Armor: The Kriegsmarine Araxia finds that this was the armor that would save ship cost and still remain effective. Destroyers and ship larger than them are able to have their armor replaced piece by piece as it made repairs and refitting easier since only one company managed the design, construction, repair, refitting and recovery of warships.

Shields: The primary defense against enemy fire. While the GAE considers their shields to be strong enough they do not cover the whole of the ship, especially at the rear where the engines are.

- Combined Layer Shields: A combination of magnetic, cyclic energy and charged energy shields, they are arranged in that manner from the outermost to the innermost. While the magnetic shields can hope to redirect some of the fire, projectiles flying at greater speeds cannot be redirected away from the hull, especially when approaching from above and below the ship since those two offer the largest target. This outer layer does not affect energy weapons. The cyclic and charged energy shields are closer to the hull, the former being around 200 meters from the hull while the latter is present just above the hull and is the last tine before the armor.

Active Defenses: These are weapons developed with the sole purpose of defending a warship, the GAE have quite a few of these scattered around the ship should one system fail to intercept. As mentioned previously, Kinetic Kill Vehicles are also commonly used to target large missiles and enemy fighters and bombers.

- Flak Guns: The flugabwehrkanone or Flak guns are dedicated anti-aircraft guns, on warships they are designed to be able to fire in space. Their warheads contain either a timed fuse to detonate some distance away from the ship or a proximity fuse designed to detonate when near a target. Due to their relatively low muzzle velocity and thus low accuracy, these guns are more numerous than any other weapon onboard a single warship, making up to 50 percent of a ship's firepower in some cases. While they do have a special armor piercing shell for anti-ship roles, it is only effective at point blank range. The main role of these guns is therefore to intercept incoming fighters, bombers and missiles. Flak guns are anywhere between the large 128mm flakzwilling and the small 20mm flakvierling.

- Point Defense Systems: Similar to their wet navy warships, their spaceships also carry missiles meant for anti-threat or anti-weapon role. These are normally the 35mm Rheintochter RT-33 surface-to-air missile. They are arranged in turreted platforms all across the hull.

Electronic Systems

Electronics: GAE ships are not well known for their electronics, although research is now being done in this area to enhance their current ability to fight off electronic threats and confuse enemy systems.

- AI Sentience: Very few commanders ever actually rely on their AI, choosing to rely more on their crew for jobs. This was primarily due to the nature of GAE systems. During the Thramas battle for example, GAE ships were forced to switch to manual targeting and operate on the bare minimum due to an attack on their systems. The AI in the Araxium Empire are generally built into large warships, meant to operate the engines, power plant and some of the weapons systems. However, there are some commanders such as Lilith and Wilhelmina who rely on their AI to deploy fleets and coordinate attacks between groups of small ships.

- Quantum Computers and Communications: Typically this is used to run the AI, perform encryption and decryption of communications and also calculate faster than light jumps.

- Electronic Jamming: Normally seen aboard ships no larger than a heavy cruiser, this system generates a wave of noise across most frequencies and is primarily used to disrupt enemy communications when carrying out raiding attacks on unescorted enemy ships, essentially raiding.

- Mechanical Jamming: Chaff and Active Decoys. Found primarily on smaller ships such as Frigates and Corvettes, used to create false targets that confuse enemy systems. They are not used on larger warships as the decoys and chaff cloud would need to be proportionately scaled up in order to be effective.

Stealth/Sensors: Stealth systems are rare on Araxian ships, since their ship's primary role is to engage enemy fleets in the defense of their own ground forces during planetary assaults or defenses.

- Advanced Sensors: Gravimetric sensors specifically, used to detect enemy warships that may be hiding and waiting to attack. While carried aboard some ultimate fast battleships, they are found mainly on heavy cruisers and destroyers responsible for performing screening for the main fleet.

- Basic Active Stealth: Featured on special ships such as the Lupus Class Destroyer Leader and the lesser known Sköll Class Attack Ships, these are primarily used to mask a ship's presence along with the help of mechanical jamming devices to help escape detection when encountered.

Power & Propulsion

Power Generation:

- Cold Fusion Reactors: Normally located in more than one room aboard a ship, these reactors are used to generate electricity for the whole ship, which is like a city out in space. In the event that one reactor room stops operating, there are more than one other reactor rooms located in another area of the ship, especially on the largest Araxian capital ships.

Sublight Propulsion:

- Fusion Torch: Open cycle inertial fusion, this engine type is used to drive ultimate fast battleships and some advanced experimental ships.

- Metallic Hydrogen drives: This is the standard engine for most Araxian warships, excluding the ultimate fast battleships.

FTL Propulsion:

- Jump Drive: The standard form of FTL propulsion used by the GAE, finding no problem with it, the technology has been in use for hundreds of years.

After the reunification war, all private companies associated with the old Axonn Empire and Terran Federation were bought up by the government of the newly created Grand Araxium Empire, effectively turning them into state owned companies. In addition to these companies, several more were created to better suit the needs of the empire at the time. While most if not all companies were effectively state owned, several others were allowed to remain as private companies who would do other work for other sovereign nations outside of the empire.

Adler Mechanical Yards (AM-Y)

Also known as Adler Mechanical, they are the largest single company with its sister company Brunhildr Mechanized. AM-Y is the company responsible for the creation of all Araxian warships and handles their repair. As such, they have no additional industrial capacity for the production of anything else, though they do occasionally turn out ground vehicle designs they cannot even produce their prototypes.

The previous name of the company was the Axonn Mechanical Yards, changed to Adler after the reunification war due to Arabel purchasing the whole company. Under the old Axonn name, they produced most of the armored vehicles found in all wars the empire fought in up until the civil war when the multi-system company was split due to the breakdown of the empire. After the reunification war, a portion of its old industrial power was assigned to the newly formed Brunhildr Mechanized.

Walküre Motorisiert (WM)

A unique weapons manufacturer, Walküre Motorisiert has designed and built the only successful Araxian fully mechanized infantry unit known as the White Noise. Known as such due to its distinct jamming capabilities when hunting down enemies by isolating them during the jamming and seemingly making its enemies disappear from the battlefield overnight. While the early models relied heavily on the time of usage to be effective due to its weak ability during the day, later models such as the Type 23, Type 24 and Type 25 were able to operate in broad daylight without issue. However, the system still relied on its pilot on making correct decisions when in combat as mistakes could result in the pilot's death.

Aside from producing the White Noise units now renamed Walküre or Valkyrie, the company also builds personal transport vehicles such as motorcycles and luxury cars for the military. Two such vehicles under its production are the C75 motorcycle with side car and the Series 320 officer's car.

Brunhildr Mechanized (BM)

A arm of Adler Mechanical, the Brunhildr Mechanized company handles the production of a few of the armored vehicles in the Araxian Reichswehr. Purposely set up by the imperial government and initially funded by Erika Brunhildr von Raxia, the company was to handle the production of vehicles that the AM-Y could no longer handle such as the mass production of vehicles and construction and testing of prototype vehicles.

These vehicles included but are not limited to the MBT Lowe, LT-88 Gepard, Flakpanzer Norden, Flakpanzer Sud and IFV Faust.

Aside from vehicles, they also produce small arms and infantry based weapons including rifles, ATGMs and MANPADS. Some variants of Araxian power armor are also produced for the Araxian Schutzstaffel Panzermensch divisions.

Titan Heavy Engineering (T-HE)

One of the original companies from the old Axonn Empire, it used to be owned by the Axonn government before the civil war and after which it became a private company building industrial equipment for the Terran Federation. After the reunification war, the company was bought by the Araxium government and became a state run company again. Before the wars, they were responsible for creating heavy industrial equipment for other companies and were the only industrial company with their own biological research lab. This was used to the advantage of the Axonn government to create crossbreed human-katzians.

After the civil war they became smaller in size, with much of their industrial capacity being handed over to BM. They became much more focused on the production of prototype vehicles and their science department soon turned out to be far more capable, producing stronger medical consumables and significantly stronger and more dangerous gasses to be used in artillery and bombs. They were most known for the creation of the MBT Panther, designated as an advanced medium MBT by those involved in the development. The production of the Panther has since been handed over to MAR.

A new air portable railgun platform currently designated the LT-50 firing a 20 x 200 mm projectile from a 50 mm barrel is being made for the Araxian fallschirmjager airborne infantry.

Drachen Flugzeug (D-FZ)

A newer company responsible for the development of gunships for the imperial navy. Their most well produced gunship, the Gargoyle II serves in the imperial army as a transport gunship for the airborne infantry while the naval variant of this gunship named the Narwal is used as a long range recon and transport craft with its own hyperdrive. The company is partially state owned and they also produce expensive long range craft for rich civilians, these same vehicles are owned by tourist companies.

Focke-wulf RA (FW-RA)

Created after Araxia's entry into Ancerious, this small craft company is responsible for creating multi-role fighters and advanced interceptors. Their first interceptor, the Katzenhai (cat shark) was never used by the imperial navy, only the Katzenhai zwei was adopted and used as an advanced interceptor. Despite the lack of success in advanced fighter development, their new Tigerhai interceptor has made the OKRA interested again in advanced fighter designs.

Maschinenfabrik Ancerious-Raxia (MAR)

The main producer of logistics vehicles, they also build engines and a few other armored vehicles for the Reichswehr. Organized from smaller private companies into one larger partially state owned company producing logistics vehicles such as the MAR KAT1 and armored vehicles including the MBT Panther and Sd.Kfz. 20. They are also known for producing the Nebelwerfer 128 and Nebelwerfer 150 rocket system for the MAR KAT1 8x8 vehicles.

Spandau Arsenal (SA)

Spandau are an arms manufacturer, they are responsible for the design and development of heavy weapons such as mortars, artillery and automatic cannons. They are most well known for their KG-180 180mm smoothbore gun used on surface ships and armored vehicles. Due to their large amount of production capacity, they are often relied on to produce other small arms such as assault rifles and machine guns.

Walther Arms (WA)

Walther is a military arms manufacturer that are known for exporting their weapons to foreign nations. They design and produce most of the small arms used by the military, from pistols to heavy machine guns. Weapons such as the StG-08, StG-09, Gewehr 34 and the MG-02 are their design but due to their limited production capacity, they are sometimes forced to ask other companies to produce the weapons on their behalf.

Karth Manufacturing Arsenal (KMA)

One of the few companies in the Araxium empire that produces luxury arms, they are also sometimes called upon by the military to produce special rifles designed to be able to handle the special ammunition used by the Edelweiss family. Namely, 12.7x51mm enchanted magical rounds. Due to their extremely specific design and limited production numbers, these are essentially luxury arms made for the military, expensive and very well finished of extremely high quality. Their weapons are well known for being accurate, reliable and open to heavy customisation. The best known examples of their weapons are the Gewehr 500Z5 and the StG-65Z3, both of which are used exclusively by the Edelweiss sisters, Nyx and Wilhelmina Serhild von Edelweiss.

Motorized infantry are the backbone of any Araxian ground army, armed and equipped to deal with all sorts of military missions for front line combat. And while not specifically trained as panzergrenadiers they are more than capable of operating alongside armored formations.

Motorized infantry platoon
The smallest unit organisation that operates independently with orders, while this does not mean they cannot operate without orders they are still independent and can act without orders if the situation needs them to do so. Their mode of transport is wheeled vehicles such as the MAR KAT1c 6x6, two of these vehicles are needed for one platoon to carry and transport the troops and their equipment around the battlefield.

Each platoon consists of 24-25 men organised into two rifle teams, one support weapon team, one engineer team and one armored vehicle. As part of the main infantry force, 21 men are present in the rifle teams, support weapon and engineer team. The remaining 3-4 men are a part of an armored force attached to the motorized infantry. Each rifle team consists of seven men armed in the following way; one machine gun, one semi-automatic shotgun, five assault rifles. The support weapon team of three men is usually armed with an anti-vehicle weapon such as an ATGM launcher or railgun/coilgun while other times they are armed with a mortar. While the engineer team of four men is armed with demolition charges, shotguns, carbines and flamethrowers.

Together these men make up one motorized infantry platoon. One leader from the two rifle teams is chosen as a platoon leader and will direct the support weapon team and machine gunners to fire at what targets. Engineers are mostly equipped based on what the situation needed.

Motorized infantry company
Exactly similar to the motorized infantry platoon, motorized infantry companies are made up of three platoons. The most senior of the three platoon leaders will be assigned as the company commander.

Motorized infantry battalion
Each battalion consists of ten companies. On this level of organization the battalion is considered fully independent and is given its own support organisations. Along with the ten companies of motorized infantry, there are five other support units including one signal unit, one motorized engineer platoon, one recon company, one motorized artillery company and one logistics company.

The signal unit allows the battalion to communicate and organize itself within the battalion or to communicate with other battalions, support arms such as CAS or high command. 40 men are assigned to four signal vehicles based on the MAR KAT1t 6x6 vehicle modified for the signal corps.

The engineer platoon consisting of 40 men and four recovery/engineering vehicles are responsible for the destruction or construction of bridges and fortified positions. Their recovery vehicles are used for the recovery of most Araxian vehicles up to 70 tons, meaning that most MBTs and assault guns are able to be recovered by the engineers without using specialist vehicles.

Recon companies are the eyes of the battalion, 80 men in 20 armored cars or light tanks are used as a recon force for finding the enemy or watching their movements before an assault. Most of their vehicles are lightly armed and armored and also fast, this is because of their nature as recon units carrying out passive and forced recon. Each of their vehicles are packed full of advanced detection equipment while their crews are trained to maximize their concealment within cover in order to avoid detection by enemy forces. However this does not mean that they can remain unseen forever.

Artillery can be considered the most essential weapon for an attack and defense. The motorized artillery company is made up of four batteries each with four guns, making up to a total of 16 guns and 64 men. The artillery company is spread all through the battalion's operational sector and is only allowed to fire upon targets given to them. After the bombardment is complete the battery is forced to shift firing locations to avoid counter fire by enemy artillery or counter strikes by enemy air units. Each gun of a battery fires four shells per bombardment and can take up to two minutes for gun crews to finish aiming their guns.

The last support company is the logistics company, made up of 80 men and 20 vehicles. Their responsibility is the transportation of ammunition, fuel, weapons and minor reinforcements to the front line. While the crews are not considered front line units they are still armed with carbines for personal defense in case they encounter the enemy or if they are required to transport wounded and prisoners away from the front line. At least five vehicles of the 20 in the logistics company are used as mobile medical stations.

Unlike the motorized infantry company, one ranked officer is assigned to the battalion at the orders from high command. Should this officer fall in combat or be rendered unsuited for command, the next most senior person will assume command.

Motorized infantry regiment
Each motorized infantry regiment is made up of four motorized infantry battalions. The regiment is led by a officer assigned at the orders of high command.

Motorized infantry division
Each motorized infantry division is made up of four motorized infantry regiment. Each division is led by a division officer and can operate under the direct command of a member of the OHKA (army high command). This is the second largest formation but still mixed into an army at this level of organization.

Each motorized infantry corp. is made up of four motorized infantry divisions. Each corp. is led by the corp. officer and can operate under the direct command of a member of the OHKA (army high command). This is the largest formation before being mixed into an army.
